The property is situated in the picturesque Luccombe Chine within some 3.5 acres of landscaped gardens and surrounded by National Trust land. Close to the coastal footpath and accessible to extensive country and coastal walks, the property is accessed via a ½ mile long private driveway and is of equal distance between the coastal resort towns of Ventnor and Shanklin (approx two miles each way) both offering shops, restaurants, beaches and other amenities. There is ample and secure parking at the property which can only be accessed via electric gates that are locked at night.
